- Scope of work: The influencer/creator/participant agrees to create and publish content, as per the ask of the brand that promotes the brand's products or services. The specific content requirements are shared in the campaign details.
- Ownership of content: The influencer/creator/participant will retain ownership of the content they create for the campaign. However, the brand will have a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing purposes.
- Disclosure: The influencer/creator/participant must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with the brand in all campaign content. This can be done by using hashtags such as #gifted #ad, #sponsored, or #partner.
- Accuracy & Compliance: The influencer/creator/participant is responsible for ensuring that all content they create for the campaign is accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. And they are legally allowed to participate in the campaigns.
- Approval Process: The brand has the right to review and approve all campaign content before it is published.
- Usage Rights: The brand has the right to use the campaign content for marketing purposes for up to one year after the campaign ends.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with notice to the respective parties.
Additional Terms & Conditions for Non-Paid Influencer Marketing Campaigns in Singapore
- Compensation: The influencer/creator/participant will not receive any monetary compensation for their participation in the campaign. However, they may receive other benefits, such as free products or services from the brand, as mentioned in the campaign.
- Negative Posts: The influencer/creator/participant agrees to refrain from posting any negative comments about the brand or its products or services on social media or any other public platform.
Gram Circle is a mere intermediate between brands and creators/influencer/participant and will not be legally bound by any disputes arising from their campaigns and is not legally bound to any compensation to any parties. Disputes between the brand and participants/influencer/creators will be solved individually.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Brands
- Refunds: We offer refunds if our service falls significantly short of expected standards. To request a refund, please contact customer support within the platform. We'll review your case carefully and respond as quickly as possible. All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Gram Circle and will involve only the current month's subscription refund.
- Cancellations: You can easily cancel your subscription directly within the platform in just a couple of minutes. Simply go to your settings and click "Cancel your subscription." You will not be charged after your cancellation is processed. You can also email us on hello@gramcircle.ai in case of any issues.
